To order with Gray & Seddon on-line by credit card, simply go to the tea or tea ware page you are interested in (eg Green Tea, Oolong Tea, Yixing Teapots, Teacups etc) and choose your teas & tea items from the drop down menus provided. Once you have selected your tea click on the "Add to Shopping Basket" Button.

You may select as many different types of teas and tea ware (in whatever quantities) you choose. The shopping trolley software will keep a record of your selections. When you are ready to complete your order click on the " Go to Checkout Now" button.

Choose from the options provided & enter your Name, Address & Credit Card details. You can change your order or cancel it at any time up until the final "Submit Order" button, which is located on the Order form itself. Ordering with Gray & Seddon is very easy, & your credit card & other details are transmitted in an encrypted code, so the transaction is very secure! Whilst you are browsing through the Gray & Seddon website, you can check what you have selected (i.e. what you have chosen to put into the shopping basket) at any time by clicking on the "View Your Shopping Cart" button.

The on line shopping trolley software will automatically calculate the postage rate based on economy airmail or Airmail rates, depending on which rate you choose. Australian residents have the option of choosing domestic Australia Post rates. Where the price of an item is expressed as "postage included" or "postage and insurance included" the shopping trolley software will recognise this and record postage as being "Free" regardless of which method of postage you choose when asked.
